The sessions on the 27th and 28th of June will be held on the first floor of the Hunt Library and are accessible without needing to use stairs or elevators. The dinner will held at the Carnegie Museum of Art, which is a 15-20 minute walk from the library on fairly level terrain (shown on the map below). If weather or other circumstances would make walking difficult, we should be able to arrange for transportation on the day.
Coffee and lunches will also be catered from local restaurants, but in case anyone is in need of outside or additional refreshments the bars and restaurants on Craig Street (highlighted in yellow on the map above) are very convenient to the library and museum, as well as many of the closest hotels to the campus.
