We invite authors of\u00a0Long Talks and Short Talks to submit your work to AIDR \u201819 proceedings. The proceedings will be a part of the ACM ICPS series, and will be indexed in the ACM digital library.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n

The deadline to submit your full paper is June 21, 2019<\/b>. However, please submit early to allow fast review turnover, as papers will be reviewed as they come in.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

ACM has developed a new webpage which contains the new proceedings templates and CC2012 guide here:\u00a0http:\/\/www.acm.org\/publications\/article-templates\/proceedings-template.html\/<\/a> . Please follow these guidelines carefully, and be sure to\u00a0use the sigconf<\/strong> <\/em>format,\u00a0 otherwise your submission will be rejected. Please direct any problems with the templates to ACM\u2019s TeX support team at Aptara (acmtexsupport@aptaracorp.com<\/a> ). A single PDF file\u00a0should be submitted\u00a0during\u00a0the initial submission, with the filename\u00a0<SubmissionNumber>_<AuthorLastName>_<Long\/Short>.pdf<\/b>. Submission should be made\u00a0by updating your existing abstract submission form in EasyChair. Please limit short papers to 4 pages, and long papers to 10 pages, including citations.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Peer-Review process:\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n<\/div>\n

All papers will undergo a \u201csingle blind\u201d peer-review process, reviewed by 2-3 reviewers selected by the program committee. We strongly recommend that you suggest at least three reviewers, and identify potential conflicts.<\/b> All papers will be evaluated on relevance, significance, originality, quality and clarity. Submissions should clearly state the problem being addressed, significance\u00a0of the work and improvement compared to previous work, using language understandable to a broader audience. Based on reviewers\u2019 comments, the program committee will decide on whether the manuscript is accepted,\u00a0rejected, or invited to submit a revised version. Authors will have 15 days to submit a revision. The revision process is intended to be constructive in nature to improve the quality or presentation of the paper, and should\u00a0not change the concept, technical depth or address a difference problem.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
